Is this a good Weight Loss Plan?

Diet-
8 cups of water a day
3 meals and 1-2 snacks a day
lots of fruits and veggies
whole grain and whole wheat foods
plenty of beans, nuts, eggs, and lentils
not too much of dairy products (instead eat soy products)
1 day a week free

Exercise-
Every other day
strength-
pushups- 3 sets of 5-10 reps
situps- 3 sets of 10-20 reps
cardio-
biking, swimming, walking, jogging, etc.
20-60 minutes
stretch before and after each workout- 5-10 minutes

I also plan to use the diet pill curvatrim that is good for women losing weight. I hope to lose 30-40 pounds in about 3 months (by Christmas)
